I have thought about this long and hard. I've decided to rewrite Avalon.

I feel that I've matured in my writing and art enough that...well, I cannot stand to keep going this way. As soon as I pick up a pencil to draw the next comic page, I get frustrated and just cannot draw it. I've felt this way for a while. Most friends and acquaintances I've mentioned this to told me to scrap it completely, but I love the characters too much.

So I decided to start afresh. Switch it up a bit. Keep the characters mostly the same, but make the plot different enough to keep me(and you guys) interested. San, Zak and Tei's creator, will be designing the new site(which will be hosted on smackjeeves, likely. I'll keep this site up so you can read the original if you want), and I will, as always, be doing the art and writing. Ely has pretty much moved on long ago, but she will still be credited for her characters Michael and Damaen.

I realize that some of you guys are disappointed, and many of you might not follow the new comic. I send out my apologies, and I'm glad you enjoyed Avalon in it's current incarnation, but I can no longer do so and need to move on and do what makes me happy. :)

Update and new store

I was playing around with the inking in this one. Avalon always gets the brunt of my experimentation.

Anyway, things are actually going pretty well at the moment. San's soon to get her new laptop with our tax returns and I'll commandeer the desktop. Also, we got a new shop. I'll change the shop links soon, but here it is for now: the Zazzle shop. It has more than Avalon art in it, and I'll try to get more characters on items. Charon is just so photogenic.

Sorry for the late update. I've had limited computer time due to my laptop being dead, and San's schooling. That and I'm just coming out of art block.

New comic! Poor Jaq, eh? Zak is pissed. You may also notice that I colored it digitally(in a half-assed sort of way ^^;). Everyone thank M-chan for giving me her WACOM! She is awesome.

Anyway, yeah it's late. I've been having to deal with some really stressful stuff for the past month or two. We're getting back on track, though.

Haha, update!

Featuring the return of the elf, Aleisdaen.

Anyway, I had updated the links a while ago. Just wanted to make an official note on that.

On a side note, for any Labyrinth fans, don't get Return of the Labyrinth. Despite the pretty cover art, it's quite disappointing. San and I want to make a doujinshi for it, but I imagine it will be a while. Two comics is enough for now!

Sorry for the wait! I had to redraw the whole damn thing, then work was working me lots of hours. Anyway, here's the update, I hope you enjoy.

But yeah, San and I are getting to be in a better financial situation. If we get her financial aid done on time(her mom's been putting it off), we'll be able to save up for a new computer!

Hopefully San'll get around to revamping the site, there a LOT of things that need tweaking on it.

I borrowed a scanner from my wonderful friend Dragonsbld. So now you have a new comic.

I had fun playing with the lighting in the Zak/Jaq panel. Firey colors are great.

Anyway, I have a job now. After San and I get caught up on paying for stuff, hopefully I'll be able to afford a new scanner.

Eyecandy ahoy!

Listen up, peeps, got some bad news.

My scanner broke down.

Not the end of the world, but since I have no job, it's going to be hard replacing it, and I'm not masochistic enough to do a whole comic digitally(my digital lineart sucks, take my word for it). I'm going to disembowel my scanner and see if I can fix it.

I've had this thing for 8 years, and it worked fine. Pity it had to die right before I scanned the comic. D:

Happy V-day...or Single's Awareness day, whichever the case may be. I hope you enjoy the Tetsu/Micheal picture.

The comic will be up soon. I've just been really really unmotivated and unable to finish things. :\ Haven't had this bad of an art block since I started Avalon. I think I'm working myself out of it, though!

Oh, and hopefully San will redo the site soon. It's been long overdue for a facelift.

Hey, red and white are Christmas colors! So nya!

I've been busy, and I'm physically and mentally exhausted...mostly, I've only had the motivation to do personal works. HOWEVER, there WILL be a new comic before the end of the year...It's already about halfway done.

I thank you for your patience. I know this has been hard on you guys.

Also, I have news! I'm moving again soon. I'm moving in with one of Avalon's co-creators, San(creator of Zak and Tei) next month.

Also, a quick reminder: All we ask when you post fanworks of our webcomic is credit to Avalon. Although we'd also like a link, it's not nessacary.

Yes, there is a new comic. I take it Damros isn't Tetsu's type.

Sorry for the length inbetween comics, I was having more computer trouble, but it's basically settled for good now. My schedules are tiring, however, and my creative energy is low. But more comics there shall be.

And Keenspace has now become ComicGenesis. I assume Avalon will soon become http://avalon.comicgenesis.com Unfortunantly, I doubt I can do anything about it, the fucktards at Keenspace(I don't care what they call it now, it's still keenspace to me) are calling it.

And my newest project, Gateweaver, is coming along nicely. I want to get more concept drawings done before I release any information, however.

Hah! I have internet now! Maybe not forever, but for now! And this means...updates! There will be an update very soon, if it's not up by the time you're reading this.

HOWEVER, boys and girls, I'm afraid I won't be able go to our regularly scheduled program. I'm currently working three part-time jobs. Anyway, I suggest signing up for the mailing list, so we can let you know when we're going to update. I just got hired at my most recent job, so I have to feel things out and see how often I can update the comics.

On another note, one of my favorite DA artists has started a webcomic of her own. I love her art and I want her to succeed. So anyone who likes yaoi, yuri, and het relationships and lovely art, check out Graceland

Edit: Since it has been said that this comic is hard to read, I thought that I'd write it here in case someone else has a problem. Sound good? :p

In the first panel-Tetsu: "So once again you have been captured, Tadashi..." *chuckles* "When will you ever learn?"

Second, third and fourth are all Tadashi and can explain themselves, I think :p

Fifth- Tetsu: "Fool! What are you laughing at...?"

Sixth- Tetsu: "What the...?" (The back of his outfit says 'lick me', and it says 'No offense to Tetsu ^-^' along the border)

(Last panel is read right to left, not left to right)
Seventh- Luna: "Mwahaha! You should do the Michael part! Paint Tetsu's nails!" KRM: "How about Zak with school-girl braids?" Lacy "Is that Tetsu at the window?" (And there's a note saying KRM has no clue what Luna looks like x_x)

-If I misread something, KRM, please tell me so I can fix this ^^;;
